Your journey will begin when you board our ferry, where you will immediately feel the adventure ahead. Our captain will set off towards the marvelous Isla Mujeres. Meanwhile, you can enjoy a continental breakfast, but we recommend you enjoy the beautiful landscape of turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. After you arrive on the island, you will begin to feel the excitement for the true adventure that awaits you.
Located on the island, this is the place where your best dolphin experience begins and we will make sure you have an unforgettable day within our facilities. You will have the unique opportunity to swim with our fun and loving dolphins. Together with our beloved dolphins, you will be able to do some very cute and some very exciting activities such as kissing, hugging, waving and petting the dolphin, but best of all, you will be able to experience the boogie push! This is the perfect opportunity to interact with one of the world’s friendliest and most intelligent animals in their natural Caribbean habitat.
You can also relax in the wonderful warm climate of Isla Mujeres and swim in our calming pool or just rest on our comfortable lounge chairs. Remember to satisfy your hunger with our delicious buffet menu and our delicious refreshing drinks from the national open bar.

* Children must be accompanied by an adult with a paid ticket.
Aditional Information:
- Please use the comments section to include infants 1m or less in your reservation as their participation is free of charge.
- You must pay for dockage at the time of your registration just before boarding.
- The use of life jackets is mandatory in all aquatic programs.
- In Isla Mujeres, this program admits groups with a maximum of 12 people.
- Children with a height of 1.21 m and up to 1.40 m, will be able to participate alone in the Encounter program. To participate in the Swim Adventure or Royal Swim programs, you must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Children with a height of 1 m and up to 1.20 m may participate in the Encounter program accompanied by an adult with a paid ticket. To participate in the Swim Adventure and Royal Swim programs, you must be accompanied by two paying adults.
- Children with a height of less than 1 m will be considered infants and will carry out Encounter program activities regardless of the program in which they participate (it is a requirement that the vest fits them)
- The use of cameras in the water is not allowed. Professional photographs will be available for sale.

- The sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages to minors is restricted.
Recommendations:
- Do not forget to use biodegradable sunscreen, to take care of your skin, the environment and marine species.
- For safety, women who are 5 months pregnant or less can only participate in the Dolphin Encounter program accompanied by another adult and after having signed the responsibility form.
- Women who are more than 5 months pregnant cannot participate in any of the water activities
- Remember to arrive 30 minutes before your program as you will receive a prior orientation.
- If you have any physical or health problem, contact our Call Center to provide you with all the information related to our services before making the reservation.
- We recommend that you bring towels, as well as cash for taxis, purchases, meals, and other expenses.
